Who's annoying you? I hate people who always find faults in whatever I do. They are really obnoxious. Anyway, I seldom wash my clothes in our boarding house. I guess it's okay during sunny days. But if it's already rainy season, we can't dry our clothes inside the house. Our landlady has a dryer but she said we have to pay everytime we use it. LOL. I take my laundry with me on Saturdays when I go home. LOL. So there's no problem if I don't wash my laundry in our boarding house. Relax. Don't mind her. Just avoid doing the things which she doesn't want you to do.

Ohh so sad some are comfortable even if they dont dry the clothes in the sun .But some are particular about it. But its good to dry the clothes where the sun heat reaches. I think you can find some other way if possible.

oh.. and what is exactly are you talking about? do you live in a border house and your friend there annoys you?

If you are doing things from within your apartment, I don't see any reason at all that you aren't doing things right and I really don't think that a landlord can say too much about what you are doing inside your apartment as long as you aren't breaking their rules and you are not breaking the law. However, one thing that you might be able to do to get rid of this problem would be to get a drying rack to hang your clothes on and keep them away from the window.

If you are referring to writing articles or working for MyLot, why not take a break from writing? When you are feeling jaded and down you do not always do the best work. Take a break for a few days and then come back again. Do some things for yourself. Go out with a friend and see a movie. Or just go by yourself for a long walk.

Thought you were talking about your girlfriend but realize after reading the replies, you are talking about your landlord. If we are renting a place, we need to obey the rules. As you said, it is only for a few months. So, hang tight and don't get annoyed. I would think it is best to have a written contract and then you both know what the rules are. She doesn't have to keep saying no because you know what the rules are. Then, you obey the rules of living in the place where you are staying because you know what the rules are. You should ask them to make a list about do and don't to be clearly by you. Ask them to make a guidelines about anything so that they won't bother you anymore.

Apartment buildings here do not allow clothes hanging at the windows or balconies. That's why if we are renting apartments, the owner must provide a dryer also. Sometimes we have to adjust our habit to conform with new or others rules.

Maybe she's too perfectionist person. She maybe a type A personality, you just be patient. She might realized that the world is not perfect.
