... and I am really interested into this: If a man (woman, no matter) is born deaf, what language did he (she) use to think ?

If they were born, the cognition ability is not there yet. As they grow in a certain age, if he or she can not utter any words at all. The parents would feel alarm and ask the specialist doctor to find out. As far as i know, they are like having their own world and thinking why it happens to them. I can still remember the story of Hellen Keller.

in this situation every baby learn mother language when she is womb. I t will continue to understand things in real world from mother's touch sense. actually every child first learn mother language after that she learns differentialities in the world from persons who are around to mother. when she grow up also she can comunicate with that heart to heart language.

Thats a very good question really. I think that the answer to this would be whatever language those around them use. That would be what is used in braille and in signing.

They think in pictures, but you have actually covered something important here. In our country we try to get early language intervention, sign language, hearing aids and cochlear implants being some of them. When a child does not hear, there is a part of the brain that deals with language that does not develop.
