In motherhood, having their children. They will know the mental development between their offspring. In research development, some people claimed that girls are far more advance than the opposite gender. Let me hear from the mothers, as they said "Mother knows best".

Well, since all I had were boys , I would have to say boys are more advanced in mental development. I think their upbringing has a lot to do with it too. I know that their were several male nephews (as well as my son) were labelled as ADHD. It showed to me, that the boys were smarter than their classes and peers in school, so they became bored. When they became bored then they decided to act out.

It's not that they were hyperactive, it's just that they were bored with the easy school work. The doctors wanted to put my son on Ritalin (as my nephews)and I did research and a cup of coffee in the morning has the same effect except there are no side effects. Also, my son didn't have to take the pill when he wasn't in school. My theory was that the school work was too easy for him and when he got bored there was nothing for him to do and the teachers wouldn't give him harder work, so put him on pills.

Well, I only had two boys and the only thing that I can tell you is that they are both completely different. I did not have a girl to compare them ,but they seem very advance to me in every development stage.

I do not have any personal experience to have the comparison coz I only have boys. But I remember my sister in law telling me that her daughter is a fast learner than the twin brother. Although her son is doing great in school, still her daughter is able to learn ahead of her brother.

You do realize that children/people are too diverse to be categorize as one gender?
I mean sometimes you get girls are more advance and then sometimes you get boys.
I'm not a mother by the way. I'm too young to be one. But I can tell you that generalizing one gender may hurt the people associate with that gender.
"Some people claimed that girls are far more advance" But those are "some people".
There are girls stronger than boys as well. It would be unfair to say a scrawny male coach potato is stronger than a athletic girl who goes to gym everyday.

In my understanding and what I have seen myself, I think that girls are more advance sooner then boys. They learn things quicker at first them boys even in potty training girls catch on sooner. They absorb more faster. I also think it has to do with how they are raised also.

I believe that is an statistical answer. There are boys and girls that are more intelligent than others, whatever their genre. But I think that they have different ways of approaching problems.

I stand firm in saying both being a girl or boy has it's own faults and strenths. that is why when paired with the opposite, good things can happen if they are mated properly. My parents always told me to pick right the first time to get married, and 22+ years later we are still a couple going strong with 6 kids.
