oh, i'm not anxious at all, but curious. yes, i am aware of the discussion guidelines/faq and i actually do my share of reporting.
i just thought it would help everyone more if she also shared the reason that admin gave her so that those who responded to the deleted discussion will understand exactly why. in effect, both parties will learn from it, like what topics to avoid starting and joining next time.

I also have experienced this, like 5-10 post that was deleted. I just received an email from mylot saying that my post was deleted because it was under a certain discussion that was also been deleted.
Maybe I have to be more conscious on the discussions I'm responding so as not to waste my time and effort ![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

when the discussion you responded to got deleted, you don't really get the exact reason why. it's the discussion-starter that is notified of what guideline was violated.
what you can do is copy-paste the titles of the discussions that got deleted into a notepad or word document and see if there are any patterns to it so you'll know what topic to avoid responding to or starting next time. you can also read the discussion guidelines and the faq.

Yes we have to make sure we know the terms and agreements we signed on to here or our discussions will get deleted. They are just being fair.

You responded to my discussion about boracay... and wrote there that you will give me the link of the hotel where you stayed... i posted to the discussion that got deleted... so i am sorry about that... i didn't know that it violated a certain rule here in mylot... next time let us be cautious...
Just message me the link... i am sure that is allowed here...

I could remember that this is the second time that my discussion was deleted. The first one was I just requested it to be deleted as it is a duplication of another discussion that I started. This is the first time that I received a notification advising me that my discussion should be sent only thru private messaging.

if you want to know kinds of 'restricted' discusdions, you should read FAQ or TOS of this site. it gives the members a guidelines about what they should do or shouldnt do. but frankly speaking im so lazy to read it cos it consists of plenty English sentences which some of them are very hard to understand. lol. so i choose to learn how this site works by doing..:)
