From one pack to 5 sticks

Hello guys,
I've been a smoker for most part of my life and went up to a dangerous level of 5 packs a day.
I started smoking when I was 13 years old and during my early 20s I became such a heavy smoker that I found myself smoking 5 packs a day. Thankfully I was able to bring it down to 2 packs.
Eventually, I was able to limit myself to a pack a day.
Recently (over the past couple of months) I've brought it down to 10 to 15 sticks a day.
I want to bring it further down to 5 sticks a day.
I've tried to avoid many stimuli that would cause me to smoke again. Are you a smoker too? Do you have any tips and tricks I could use, it would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Hi cjipesterkhan, it's great to see u concerning about your own lifestyle. Well im not a smoker, but i had read some articles about it. U can buy those sweets which are designed to help smokers in pharmacy. Besides, u can try finding something to do and keep yourself busy so that u don't have time to think of smoking. Hope it helps!

Congratulation to you, this is actually an achievable feat, people who try and succeed never really goes back and those that go back never had a chance to try again. Keep it up.

The most that I have consumed was 10 in a day. And *I feel that It is way too much already. Those times I was working at a call center and the other time was when I was working long hours on my online job. I am glad that I never came back to that much again. The most that I consume in a day is about 4 sticks.
I guess, if you just set your mind into thinking of getting rid of smoking, then anyone can be able to do it.

That is good of you. You are controlling your smoking. I hope you can really get away from it. I'm not a smoker but I do have concern for those who smoke. It is really a danger to one's health. Just be persistent in lessening it. If there's a will, there is a way. :-)
Have a nice day!
