Have you ever experienced having lucid dreams? As defined, Lucid Dreams is you are aware that you are dreaming. The dreamer controls over his/her participation within the dream or be able to manipulate their imaginary experiences in the dream environment. Such dream experiences may include the feeling that you are falling from a cliff and then you feel like you are really falling, not knowing that it was just a dream. Have you ever experience such? On a personal note, I have had experienced having lucid dreams and it was really alike in reality. I have experienced such back then when we discuss sleep hypnosis under my college years… Share your thoughts.

I've had a multitude of lucid dreams, but my experience of lucid dreaming is very different from what I hear about other people's lucid dreams. In my experience, dream control is not an inherent part of lucid dreaming. In fact, in my own lucid dreams I often have very little control over what's going on... and believe me I've tried! Also, my lucid dreams are not inherently vivid. While my most vivid dreams have all been lucid dreams, I've had my fair share of muddy fuzzy lucid dreams. I would be aware that I was dreaming, and yet the world around me would be vapid, blurry, and dim.

I have read extensively on lucid dreaming. The problem is, it's not an exact science, and the "experts" all disagree. I've already tried a number of tips and tricks recommended to me in order to achieve dream control, and it's still very rarely works for me.

I loved your post. I have the feeling that I have had those kind of dreams many years ago. I`ll read about them at the web as I didn`t even know they had a special name. Maybe we all have them once in a while and they become part of our life.

Hello, well we do experience such dreams but for the many they aren't aware that they do had encounters on such. since most dreams occur natural. If you go read and study dreams and other related context, there is a possibility that you can learn to acquire and control your dream and even be aware that you are dreaming. Thank you so much for your response.

I used to have a very frequent lucid dream. It was always the same subject but a different setting. I was trying to get home but I could not find London Bridge Station... I was trying to get home but I had got on the wrong train... I was trying to get home but I had lost my car. In these dreams I suffer anxiety for a while and then my reason intervenes and I think 'it's OK, I'm not lost I am just dreaming'. They started when I left my home country and moved abroad. So I am sure there is significance in that! I haven't had one now for quite a while, perhaps I am finally beginning to feel at home.

Hello, judging from your experience... i assume that you acquired the levels of dreams since you achieve to surpass level 1-2, and REM levels since you are aware that you are in a dream, but still you did overcome and still fall asleep dreaming continuously You should study more your dream and you can also take part within it. You can either change the scenes, or put paradoxes to contradict on what is real and what is not. There are videos over YouTube about lucid dreams probably you want to look for some it's quite interesting also. Thank you so much for your response.

I remember reading an article on a blog that says Lucid Dreaming can be made. It specifies how many minutes you should be doing 'this and that' to do this kind of dreaming. Anyway, I haven't experienced dreaming like this of any kind. But I dreamt once of just feeling myself falling, falling, falling, when I tried the procedures said on the article I've read. But that was like 3 years ago or so.

Hello, it is possible to experienced such dreams. All you need to do is to be aware that you are in the experienced because the more your sleep, the more your body is relaxed resulting that you never know if you are dreaming or not. Thanks for your response.

Oh yes, if such lucid dream is. I also had a dream that I was dreaming. I had a dream of falling from the building and I felt that I slowly landed on the ground. As I have fell from my bed. I dream of urinating.. and I did urinate. Lol. The subconscious mind is very powerful. It can conveys the message to the brain, that the consciousness is keeping or hiding. That day I dream I need to pee and I peed in my dream, my subconscious tell my body that i have an overflowing bladder, where my consciousness denied, because I want to sleep more. The system and brain received the message, so I peed (a little) then I woke up and hurriedly go to pee. My subconscious mind is telling me that I was about to fall down from my deep sleep because my consciousness is not aware of that time, I am asleep. So when I dream, then I fell.

True, our subconscious is very powerful that we can create a world out of what is real and what is not. What you were experiencing was just one level of the dream state if i am not mistaken it's closely related to level 2? or REM? You can browse dream levels over the internet... there are many explanations on such also. Thanks for responding.

Yes...Lucid dreaming. That was my term paper some years ago. They also say that when you experience lucid dreaming, there is a point where you didn't even want to wake because you are aware that you are dreaming and you just can't ignore your beautiful dream, maybe you don't want to wake up at all. More frightening than nightmare... I experienced lucid dream... Its all about my harem. I can still remember clearly what my dream was and I just woke up (stupid wet dreams)

Hey, thanks for your response. We had this subject tackled during my College years in one of my minor subjects, and yes there has been a point wherein one wouldn't like to wake up because they are aware that they are dreaming.
