Like others in this world i also have only 24 hours in a day to utilize that whole time for the sake of my benefit in my life. Few months back i have made a wonderful schedule to utilize my time for the complete whole day. Everyday i used to follow my time table at any cost that i have made. But sometimes unfortunately i failed to fulfill it. Some other unavoidable works are giving obstructions to reach my sincere goal. please let me know the simple rules and any precautions along with a model advice.

Everyone I think likes to utilize their time to make it valuable but there are some instances that we couldn't ignore even we do have that 'time table'... Well, I am not into utilizing my time for I know it won't work with me. I just only making everyday worthy as possible for me. Worthy in the aspect that I won't let the day passed without doing anything that satisfies me, that I am not into letting the day change for a new day without doing important...

When my laptop is ok, I spend most of my spare time on the net, doing meaningless things. Now it does not work, I have to kill my spare time read books or learn something new. Now I begin to learn Korean by myself, I hope it can help in the future.
But to say the truth, what I like most to do in my spare is sleeping which help me got weight.

Hi friend, welcome to mylot. Good to know you had a schedule previously and followed it to organize your time. Really it is a good activity, sad to know you give up that habit now. Each and every day is unique and we have 24 golden hours in our hands. If we organize our time in a planned manner and spend each and every second in an useful way, surely we will get benefits and enjoyment with our time. Don't waste your time with unwanted chatting and playing activities. This kind of things may give some happiness and enjoyment at that moment. But this kind of activities are merely time waste.
Smart people never waste their time with unwanted activities. They organize their time in an useful manner and follow their schedule strictly. Achievers know about the importance of the time and spend it in a good way.
Time is common to every one and all the persons have the same 24 hours in a day, some persons achieve a lot in their life with their time, on the other hand, some persons don't do any useful things using their time and wasting it. Each and every one is having lot of skills and talents lies within us, if we find out our talent and spend our time in improving our skills, surely we will became an achiever in our life. Realize the value of time, Organize it in a good manner and get benefits for your activities.

I believe you can make a list about what you are going to do. Get prepared and make sure that you will not distract from other things.

There is no perfect goal being achieved within your target timeline. It's because we have no absolute authority to control the time and other circumstances attendant to our everyday events in life. Even if how focus you are in your goal still there is such unexpected and anticipated intervention the will obstruct our goal setting checklist. Truly time is gold but you need to consume it carefully and wisely but never expect too much perfection in all your goals in life using your ample time...

you make time table with extra time when anyone get you time waste or buffer time, and do the work more effeciency , may be it good , most of the time some people change our time table when they come , because everything is not in our control, many problem get to strictly follow the time table or time keeping, this is my view may you not like hariom

Before, it is not easy for me to have valuable time because I don't know how to manage my time wisely. Not all days are productive for me because I am easily distracted by something. For example, I want to do a research work and then once I open up my facebook account, I suddenly forgot my real reason why I opened up my computer. I was really immature. Then as time goes by I realize that I am getting older and I should be more responsible with my duties in my job. That is why, I always think of those things that I have to do. I set deadline for myself and try to follow it strictly. Just like you, there are also some instances that I cannot keep up with my timetable. Well, that is life and we cannot avoid it.

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your feelings and i think it happens with most of us when we have prepared our schedule and unluckily it does not turn out as we have expected it to be. In such a case it is advisable not to prepare any schedules and be as natural and normal as possible. even if u miss out a single schedule out of the lot then u wont have any regrets in your mind. Yes u can set some restrictions throughout the day that will help your schedule to go organized.

Well actually the accident or other things that can not be predicted aslo should be included in your schedule, you need to spare sometime and energy to deal with them.
Secondly there are no excuse for you to do not follow your plan,if you can not finish your job in time you can squeeze your leisure time to deal with them.

Missing a day on your schedule is not a failure, the success is that you have devised one!
A break from a strict timetable is often a good thing, and doing something different too does give you a fresh impetus. The other point I would make is not to have too demanding a goal, it is better to have a reachable goal and then gradually stretch yourself.
Good luck with your time management. It is a good discipline.

you are lucky to have 24 hours in a day. This is just for the discussion's sake. I don't have 24 hours. from the 24 hours, I have 8 hours sleep an hour of rest during lunch and dinner, that's make 10 hours. an hour to get to work and go back home, now 11 hours and another hour for household chores. the remaining hours are all devoted to work already, Regular, part time and mylot. 12 hours of work. If I am not in my regular work and part time job, I am here in mylot. Commenting to all discussions I can be able to. I have routine jobs so I need to follow my schedule religiously this include the part time jobs i took after work. I don't have any distraction with regards to my schedule because there is nothing here in my place, no malls, no cinema houses. So I am compelled to stay at home. That's discipline.
Going back to your discussion. what is your sincere goal again? Because sometimes you just need to be flexible. you have to learn how to balance and adjust depending on the situation. In life, you have to learn that, things are not going to go the way you want and plan it. But that doesn't mean you have to do something in this eventuality. For example, today you plan to mylot, but you suddenly there was a power interruption.. oops the plan is broken already, can you not function anymore? Then deal with matters that doesn't need electricity to go on like ... taking a break for awhile and walk outside your house, do household and other stuff. You may think and write down what will be your discussions about. then, if the electricity comes back, you don't need to think anymore, it has already been thought, all you need to do and is to type them. that way , you did not waste any time.
I hope I make sense here.
