I want my parents to die!

First of all, I am not referring here to my own parents. Just this morning, while eating breakfast, we were discussing about certain people who are rich. My cousin mentioned about a high school kid riding having a land cruiser, some are so wealthy enough and bla bla bla. In the midst of our discussion, my uncle told us about a child he knows who always talks to himself "when will my parents die so that I can inherit all their riches". Oh common, this person is really driven by money. He would even choose the money over his parents. What do you think about this mylotters?

Indeed, I was even struck as my uncle was saying that. I said to myself "are there really person who thinks that way?". Anyhow, I am pretty fortunate that I was raised in a good environment.

Oh gosh..I thought it's your parents. But anyway, those brat kids are all empty, from heart to soul. How can a kid could think of such thing. This kid needs to be disciplined and attend couselling.

Considering that they are already at a teenage age, it would really be hard to instill new values and discipline to such brats.

Yes, but whatever that can be done to help the child realise that money/wealth is not everything is necessary. Your suggestion of counseling is one good idea.

There goes the saying, "Money is the root of all evils." Some people are really tempted to think, do or whatever evil motives because of money. In that case, maybe the child just wished his parents to die at that very moment but later on he may think of something else. Children can think of weird things at times. Hope he won't grow to be a bad person.

That's a stupid I have ever seen. If both of your parent are die, who can support you and listen to you in the rest of your life? Your parents provide not only money but lots more. The one who want his parents to die is much more terrible than an animal.

Well, I guess those persons can already think for themselves. They only need money to do the things they wanted.

I like your point that parents provide a lot more than just money. This youngstar is misguided

We cannot really eliminate those people who lives for money and money alone. This people would do anything for money, whether acquiring such in a legal or illegal manner.

Gosh, your title frightens me.thought u want your parents to die. How old is the kid? Maybe he's not mature yet.or something is wrong with him. His parents do not know about that? If no, please tell them before their son did something crazy.

Hi Kenshin and welcome to my lot. I think it is pretty selfish of a person wanting what is not theirs. I have a brother in law always wanting him mothers money. She promised him when she passed on that she would leave him a large amount of money and he told her he wanted it before she passed on. I think it is a lousy thing to say. Greed will never get anyone anywhere in this life. What is riches without the love of your parents? I would rather have my mother and dad then all the money in the world. I am not rich on the other hand I am not poor, I have God in my life and I have so many riches with a great loving husband a home (it needs work, but it is warm clean and a roof over my head) that is the best riches. Sure money can buy you anything you want but it can't buy you the love of Our LORD Jesus Christ! It can't buy you the love of another human being! It can't buy you the respect of others! It can't warm you when you are cold! This world is too wicked and money rules! If we all sit back and count our blessings we might figure out that we are richer then the rich people of this world! Better open our eyes and see what really matters in this world before it is way too late!

I agree with you largely. The presence of a parent, rich or poor is an incomparable blessing that we must all value.

This is so impolite to say to their own parents. Even if they are just put into joke statement. It was like you are cursing to have the money.

That kind of thought is insane. How came that person can afford to exchange his parent with money? People should learn and understand everything about money. Everyone should be careful because as they say, money is the root of all evil. I just hope those parents of that person are still fine. God bless them.

This is really unbelivable. How can a child even think like it? I guess his parents will be the most unlucky parents. They gave his child all luxuries and in return they get a wish from their child that my parents should die. Ridiculous. Does this child have no feelings? I really request this child to please think open mindidly and just imagine what are you saying.

The love of money is the root course of all injurious things, says the Bible. Money cannot buy love and life, two very important things. How many rich people die of sicknesses their money cannot buy out?
