I do not know,what you mean by "loose weight"!!
Joke apart,losing weight is no joke.
Please do the following;-
1.Consult a doctor,who specialses in,this.
2.It is common knowledge,that,the mantra,for losing weight is "diet" -low carb diet to be precise.
3.Exercise,plays an important part in converting FAT into MUSCLE.(Simple ones like Yoga,will do).
4.Avoid Ice-cream,fast foods etc.
5.Finally eat only when you are hungry,that too,not stomachful,but,slightly,less.Look at the Tiger,Lion etc.What a muscular shape!They work for their food and then eat only when they are hungry!
6.Some breathing exercises and meditation will also help,in that they complement the above,but not necessary.
7.If possible,fast a day in a week.Take only small quantities of fruits and milk,on the day you fast.
If you follow,these,I am sure,that you will be a slim person,in a short while.

i think the best way to loose weight is that you don't eat dinner and you do lots of exercises :)

to me exercise n try to play any sport like football, tennis, badminton or others. then control what ur eat n don't eat after 8.00p.m. also try to eat fruit.
