send a text message and the context is all about you. What are you going to do, pretend or confront him or her? Any thought?

It really depends if the text message says something good or bad about me. If it's something good, I would really thank him/her. But if it's something negative, that's a different story. I would confront him/her. I would ask why they need to talk about it with other people instead of talking to me first. That's one of the things I really hate, talking about my negative traits with other people.

Definitely confront him/her! They are not really good friends because they said something bad about me to other people. I wouldn't do that to my own friend. So he/she was just pretending to like me, then it's good I found it out eventually through that text message. I hate people like that, I'd like them to tell me right to my face they don't like me so I will not waste my time on them.
