True friends are indeed like wine, they get better by time that passes by and i was able to prove this a few nights ago when i had christmas dinner with my true friends.. they were my friends since grade school years..most are working overseas but for the Christmas season they went home and we planned a dinner celebration. The night was full of laughter and lots of food! That night was one of those rare moments you will always cherish.

That's a good reunion with old time friends. I treasured also my old time good friends who understand and know me well since school days. It's very rare to be reunited with them because most of us have our own family Unlike before, anytime we want to gather ourselves, right after a few minutes, we are there in the venue already.

If time permits, grab the opportunity to be united with friends. They are part of your life, so we should value them all. We can manage our responsibilities at home. Be sure that no one will be sacrifices.

Yes, it is a wonderful opportunity to reunite and dine with old friends. I also do feel so delighted when I meet up with old friends and some of them I have not seen for long. Indeed when you have your own family, things are not the same anymore. You no longer have the freedom to go out whenever you like because you have responsibilities to perform for your family. Just imagine the chores to be done each day and the children you have to attend to day by day aside from your responsibility to your husband. It would be really hard to go out and have dinner with friends on a regular basis so when the opportunity comes, I really so enjoy it.

i finally made contact with my 2 close friends in college and we'll have lunch on jan 5th. we've been doing this before, meeting once a year during the holidays, but for about 2 or 3 years we stopped and lost touch. so i'm really excited to see them again next week. we always eat at one restaurant then have dessert in another.

we have to transfer to another restaurant for dessert so that we are not "overstaying" and at the same time, we get hungry again from talking too much because we have a year's worth of discussions to catch up on.

Friends are realy very supportive ,true friends are rare . We ar a group of four families and have been in touch since our kids were born and and now that we have grown old , Ifeel lucky , as we have settled all in the same campus we all have lunch together once a month and this year too we are going to have a bash with alot of dance and music so even with the children away and us being alone we do not miss the fun.

You are absolutely right. For a while I and some coworkers would have a "Ladies Dinner" and pick a different restaurant each week. We would have such a good time and one time actually ended up ordering another entree because we were there so long..Ahh good times. Everyones schedule has been changed up so much that's it's harder to do now, but we're trying for this Sunday coming up.

Hi jazel Merry Christmas dear. The gettogether with old school mates is really a great feeling. Though I never attended those get togethers as I was neither invited nor had the time, but the feelings have always been good. I mean even when I see an old schoolmate or a collegemate, I do feel the same warmth that I had for them when studying together...unfortunately, some of them have moved on and made a corporate of their lives... never mind, I am still the same ole simpleton I used to be at school.

I envy you! I don't see a lot of my friends these past 6 years because they are working overseas and they can't go home each year. I'd really like to see all of them and have a big reunion and hang out just like the old times. We all are just busy with work and family.

I also love keeping touch with friends such as having dinner with them, or doing leisure activities… it also helps in building relationships with them. Giving a strong bond and talking with also helps you know them better as a person.

Yeah, after reading your article,I really start missing my friend.I have only one true friend who is now working out of our town.I can not see her frequently.Of course,I miss her so much.We have known each other since senior high school. We went to school together, had dinner together, and also share the same desk in our class. There is no secrets betwen us.Every time she went back home,we would stay all night talking about the things happened to us recently.I really cherish the time staying with her.
