We have a neighbor back then in my old house that has the same attitude, well I cannot blame her because her life back then was such a mess. She resort in going out at night and act crazy partying and comes home drunk with her friends over her house playing some loud music. Lucky that back then in our previous neighborhood, we had a neighbor which is a Cop, and he reprimanded her. With that, she never come back to that house again. I don’t have any news of her after that because we move to another neighborhood as well.

If I were in your position, I will call police and ask them to stop my insensitive neighbor. It is considered public disturbance and needs to give your neighbor a lesson. I don't like that kind of people.
