If you don't have a meal on time, then one day you will have to take the medicine regularly. That's so true. I hope more people will realize this and then have a nice schedule to have a meal.

I agree with you. I already have ulcer since I was in fourth year university. Until now I still suffer from heart burn and bloating. We have to eat our meals and never skip any. One day those people might regret skipping their meals. They should remember that medicine is getting more expensive nowadays.

As they say, "Health is wealth." I believe this. Money is useless if we get sick.

This is quite a lot of people's mistakes, especially those who are in a diet. they will not eat properly and their body will lose their vitamins, and nutrients and minerals that would help them be healthy. in the end, their health is sacrificed and it will eventually take its toll, requiring medicines, then that could have been avoided with proper care of the body, rest and meal.

that's right youless, it is always better to not go on crash diets, but just do exercises. it is always the best - exercise helps your body become stronger, crash diets can help you lose weight (mostly water weights) and when you are done and eating again, all would come back, even twice as much which is unhealthy.

You are absolutely right you stomach needs to be provided with its meal as the digestion process just takes place and never stops.Once you don't have you meal properly your body has no source to produce it energy. This will lead to increase in use of medicines.I have always made it a point to not miss my meal and hope you too don't.

That is so true. And that is why I try my best to eat regularly on time. What I usually observe is that my colleagues have different meal time. There are days they only drink tea. They would sometimes wonder why I eat rice everyday.

Hi Youless,
Having proper meals at proper time is very important. If you do not have meals regularly first disease you can have is acidity. The empty stomach can produce acids and which in turn can cause burning sensations in the guy and make you burp all the time. So it is very important to have proper meals at right time to remain healthy. Also no one should miss breakfast.

Youless, you are right regarding this matter. I got gastric problem due to my heavy working schedule and irregular eating habits. That was a few years ago when i was still working for my ex-bosses. All the jobs which i handled are very stressful and no fix lunch break. I am only allowed to have my lunch when my job is complete. Because of too stressful that's why i had to resigned from my jobs.

Thanks for the reminder. I would actually be skipping meals every now and then and would just be having lunch as my first meal of the day. I'll try to be healthier.

Eating regularly if you don't feel well is very much encouraged. Some sick people really lose appetite, and that's too bad, because they need to something in the stomach so that there will be no adverse reaction with the medicine. Stomach produces acid that reacts to medicine.

Everything should be done in according to our schedule otherwise there will be a big problem in our life. whether its breakfast, lunch or dinner, it should be consumed timely otherwise food will not get digested properly and we may get sick or other body problems may create. we may also have to go to doctor and take medicines.
