arnold1428 hi..yes i heard it too. I heard that if nails are pink then they healthy and we have good blood content. But if they whitish and pale then we lack calcium and blood.

arnold1428 i have seen such discussions so far yes some really go into arguments and some are provoking type . I dont see any use in arguments so i avoid them as far as possible and try to calm the environment
