Some of my friend which is same age with me is bald. Without a hair I'm not Akamaru Kei anymore. I'm will become Baldmaru Kei if that happen. I hope something like that not happen. If my dad which is 72 years old still have hair youngster like me should have hair.

Aka, are you worrying again??? This time it's about your hair. Yesterday it was about your appetite, teeth and money. The day before it was that you lost weight. Or was that yesterday, too? You are the worrying-est person I know. Commercial hair products are not good for your hair. And I've seen your picture, you have fantastic hair! It looks very thick and shiny. There are people who would kill to have hair like yours. Coconut oil is very good for hair growth. Here are 2 links to help you take care of your hair. www.livestrong.com/article/110225-hair-loss-vitamin-supplements/ and http://earthclinic.com/CURES/hair_loss.html and here are two more about coconut oil for your hair www.healthy-oil-planet.com/coconut-oil-for-hair.html and www.coconut-oil-central.com/coconut-oil-for-hair.html These links should keep you busy for a while. Now stop worrying!!!

See, your dad used coconut oil. It's very good for soooooo many things. It helps your teeth, it gets off the plaque or something (I can't remember) and makes them stay white. And you're right - I do NOT want to see you become Baldmaru Kei. OMG! Losing all that beautiful hair would be terrible. If I had hair like yours I would take good care of it. You better go get some coconut oil.

What do you mean your hair "falls"? I haven't heard of the brand "clear" in my area but maybe we don't have it. The problem I have with cheap shampoos, like V05, Suave, etc (brands in the U.S., not sure if they have them outside of my country) - is that my hair gets greasy again after one day. I am in the process of trying to find a shampoo that I can go 2 days without washing my hair for. And it's not as though I have super thin hair -- I have very thick hair! And I don't like having to wash it every single day - I'd prefer to be able to do it every other day! Grr! Anyway, best of luck with your problem!

That reminds me. I have hair fall too and I don't know if it is worst or is it normal since I have long black hair down to my waist. Every time I comb my hair, I see my hair in my comb and there lots of them. Am I going to be bald? I'm 33 years old and I'm worried too.

Oh. Thank you for everyone. I think I would let my hair cut short. I think the reason why my hair fall is because I have this long hair. I would cut my hair short if I now earn a good money online so that I have money to spend.

That's right:) but I did't pay attention much on my hair because now I have a short hair, so when its fall sometimes I wasn't realized it:). It's good too to have a short hair, coz we don't need too much shampoo and our hair became less fall.

There are various reasons and causes why a person experience hair fall or hair loss. This can be triggered by many circumstances including:
Genetics: Sometimes, you pass the genes from your parents either from your Mother or Father’s side that has strong roots on hair fall. Usually, hair loss can be passed from generation to generation depending on the family’s physical genes.
Another factor considering in hair loss is Stress, studies proven that Stress triggers in the effects of hair problems most especially hair loss… this also trigger in our modern life style, which has bad effects in our physical health.
Furthermore, Malnutrition also triggers hair loss. Taking on a bad and unhealthy diet may trigger physical abnormalities which includes hair loss problems.
Lastly, Cosmetic products also triggers hair fall. Hair cosmetics are usually made by non-organic materials that are chemically treated that usually cater in allergic reaction to the scalp causing hair fall.
To prevent such physical problems, one should consider:
Consult a hair expert, doctor, or a person specializing in hair care
Eat healthy: Maintain a healthy lifestyle by consuming foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals such as vitamin-e which help in aiding moisture and shine for healthy hair roots.
Use natural and organic hair products and cosmetics, usually organic products have less chemical formulation and are made by natural plant based formulation.

You can undergo anti-dandruff treatments but best consult a dermatologist rather than buying over the counter products which has some high chemical formulations.

My hair used to fall out. After every shower, there would be clumps of hair - not just strands - in the shower. I had small bald patches. However, I was told two things I could do besides change the type of shampoo I use. I was told the most important was to reduce stress. The other was to eat healthy. I'm still not so great with the eating healthy part, but I got rid of a lot of major stress. Since, not only do I feel better, all my hair has grown back. I now have a very thick head of hair again. No more clumps of hair falling out.

I think stress also make our hair loss. If we just live happy without thinking to much negative thing it make our hair healthy. Luckily i dont have any bald spot. Fuh...what shampoo you use? I using clear brand.

I'm embarrassed to admit, I don't know. I use something that was recommended to me by a hairdresser a month or two ago. It's a special formula for color-treated curly hair. I got an enormous bottle of it. But I've gotten to the point that I change shampoos frequently. When this bottle runs out, I'll switch to something completely different. It's probably all in my mind, but I think my hair responds better when I keep changing.

Is your hair very long? My hair is down to my waste and it's always falling out. So far I don't have any bald spots but I think that's because my hair is so thick. If baldness doesn't run in the family I would say your safe and not to worry.

Usually a bald father has a son which also goes bald in mid age. Your father has a full head of hair so you are not in that situation. A cheap shampoo cane be a little damaging to the hair. Original Source stopped producing their shampoos and conditioners. I liked the Mint and Tea Tree one. I am currently using a supermarket brand of Mint and Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. I am female and hair strands come out on my pillow and whilst I am washing my hair in the shower. I wash my hair every day otherwise it can look oily. I don't want to have anymore hair fall out. My hair is fine and not thick like some of my friends. Good luck with keeping your hair.

Hello Honor. It is great to hear that you have not washed your hair for two years. I have heard that it is possible to do that kind of thing. It was worth your hair itching like crazy for that happy result. I am glad your hair is shiny and you don't lose much hair at all. It is fantastic you don't have any dandruff.

Some people had grey hair at the age of 20's. Probably also due to food factors. Most food right now is not fresh and unhealthy. Yes maybe pollution also make this things happen.

I suffer from the same thing. It happens because I have chemically-treated hair. I also have a dandruff problem. My mother said these things happen more because it's the colder season. When you have a dandruff problem, it means your scalp is very dry (not exactly equated with your hair) so you need to find a moisturizing shampoo. Personally, I don't like using anti-dandruff shampoo because it seems they aggravate the problem. Also, there are some food can affect your scalp like if you lack Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Vitamin A, these things can happen.
