Nowadays i am going out a lot with my friends and starting to eat like anything in all the restaurants across the city and going places and trying new dishes and varieties all the time and having a great glorious time for sure.Having a great desire to eat all the time

You are enjoying your time on food. I think it is your best time. For me when i am out eating to my heart's content without keeping the weird thought that i am going to get this all glorious time of eating on my hips and stomach, i am very happy. Food makes me happy a lot lot happy.

Well, I would input some small health insentives into my lifestyle. I would park further away from places, eat smalling helping, don't go back for seconds, check calories and eat less caloric dishes, and be sure to always eat a healthy breakfast. Happy New Years!

with reference to your main topic, it is the opposite of what i am doing here. as i choose to eat a little since i want to reduce weight. or shall i say, i just want to maintain this weight so i should watch over my food diet.

there is no harm in eating varieties of food as long as the foods are healthy and you don't do it on a daily basis. Gaining weight can be the result of too much eating so it would be nice you just eat varieties of food in small amounts.

It’s good that you’re enjoying your food, hmm…It’s okay to enjoy life with delicious foods in my opinion as long as you still eat healthy things to support your body needs. Though it’s different if you eat the healthy foods in the restaurants. Bes sure to still eat healthy even though you may eat many high caloric foods in the restaurants. That is for countering the effect of unhealthy foods. In my opinion, it’s still okay to enjoy comfort foods but still don’t forget your health and walk to burn unhealthy fats may be good and helpful as well.

I imagine that you also have a lot of money, friend. Restaurants are not cheap, specially if you want to go to several on the same day. Do you want to gain weight? If so, it would be easier if you ate a lot at home. As for having a great time, I think that there`s a point when you stop finding food so good and it starts being gross.

You can still eat and try everything out just eat a bit less (half portions) and a bit slower and pick out the healthy things (or have a balance day the day after you ate a lot). Enjoy your glorious times.

haha so enjoying your food hmm dont worry about the weight as long as you enjoy the food . Otherwise just walk after having heavy meal this will help you to loose weight

I love eating delicious food.Every evening I will go to the supermarket with my husband and buy so many food which I love most.It is really a wonderful time to eat these food while watching TV.I am not worry about getting fat,I don not care the weight,what I care most is the delicious food.
