why do crazy people get let out of prison??

i hear people to the most craziest things ever they let them out of jail.why do they do that it makes no sence to me.there was a time when a guy had beat his grandmother in the head with a hammer and then recently he called in and said there was a fire the firemen came he killed one and the other got hurt then the man killed himself what type of sick world we are living in.

I don't know why these people get let out of prison. Maybe because they have shown remorse, they have changed (some people will) but it sure is scary. I know a man who was convicted of murder and I don't know the details of the whole story, but he was one of the nicest men I have ever met. It could have been any number of reasons why he did what he did, but as a child I cared about him and he was one of my Dad's best friends.

I have no idea why they let people out like that! There is a guy downt the street from me who literally cursed out the FBI and they let him out of prison. He harrasses and threatens people all the time but they don't think he is "dangerous enough" to be kept behind bars! WHAT?!?
