Limiting friends by seeing posts which I share with

I know Facebook is about to share things with friends. Though there are some friends whom I can’t unfriend them But, I want to limit my Facebook posts and shares to the selected friends whom I don’t want to share the posts. How I restrict some of my friends from seeing what I post and share in my account...Is that possible without removing them from my friend list? Please help me.

I think you can go to the setting and set your privacy. I restrict some of my friend because he always comment rude to me. He can read but he cannot comment.

Thanks for replying....but can you please tell me where is the option into privacy setting through which i can do this setting...its really appreciable if you give me step by step guidance...

hi
I too have this problem but i dont add all to my facebook but yes sometimes we dont want some of them to see our posts we have some options before posting we get the option to whom we want to share those posts , i think all of them get this option just it once you too will have that .

some of friends are already in my friend list..but for now situation is different, i cant unfriend them but i just want that whatever i am posting and sharing on my wall is restricted to them...i checked all the privacy and security setting in Facebook but not find the exact option for restriction..

I have a few friends whom i have limited my posts with. my boss and some two others, i guess. i just do not want them to see my posts because i think my boss does not have to see whatever i have put up in there. haha besides there are those i do not want to see my posts, my ex one of them haha :P

how do you do that ? i mean is there any special security function which we have to keep so that we maintain our privacy ? can you share what should we do?

Hi friend, in facebook we have privacy options and we can make our updates and posts visible to some persons using this options, also we can make some of our good friends as close friends in fb and get each and every updates from them

This is a good take on being responsible on your usage of social media, however, such site is also a good way in order to share your life activities, but we all should bear in mind, that there should be a restriction between what is public and what a private content is over social media.
It’s not that you are putting boundaries that you don’t like sharing your life, it’s just that there are some things that is better yet kept private rather than exposing it on social media because some might put a bad impression on it.
