My dad told me that no matter how busy you are,breakfast is so important for us and become the most important meal in a daily life,so do you guys have a habit to eat it?Overall,various food could also helps a lot.I would like to hear your opinions.

It is a fact that breakfast is very important to your health and I make sure to start every morning off right. Honestly I'm one of those people who HAVE to eat breakfast. I can actually go without eating lunch or dinner but breakfast is the only way I can survive as crazy as that sounds.

Indeed, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I always prepare heavy breakfast for my family, as in rice. The table would be like we are having our dinner. My kids are quite big for their age and giving them just cereals or oatmeal for breakfast would make them hungry after only an hour.
But when I was in College,I would just be taking a cup of coffee and a piece of bread for breakfast. I do not feel comfortable eating a lot in the morning. Usually I would take my mid-morning meal with either a sandwich or baked macaroni. YUM!

My mother always advise me to eat breakfast as this is the most important meal of the day. My works starts so early but sees to it that she will be able to prepare a breakfast for me. Most of the time, we are preparing it at night so we can reheat it early in the morning instead.

Yes, I believe having a good breakfast is essential for helping you manage through the rest of your day. Every morning, I make sure to eat breakfast. Even when some mornings are more hectic than usual, I always make time for breakfast. I would not advise leaving home without any food in your stomach. You need food for energy. If you have no energy build up in your system, you will have a difficult time performing at your best for whatever tasks you have planned for the day.
