I've been suffering from back pain for 6 years now. And I noticed that as time goes by the pain is getting worse. I am not taking any medication for pain because it is too expensive. I experienced back pain everyday specially when I sit for a longer period of time. My only relief every time I encounter this is to lay down in my bed. I made a research about this and I find out that the only way to cure scoliosis is to undergo surgery.
I wonder if anybody knows a natural way to cure this. Thanks :)

Have you been diagnosed with scoliosis? Coz the only way I know how to really get rid of it is through surgery. And only pain medications can alleviate you from pain. Scoliosis could get worst overtime and sometimes, it will make you feel really uncomfortable to move. I suggest you go to a doctor and ask their advice for the best remedy for your back pain.

My cousin had it when she was younger; I'm not sure just how much it can be cured. I know that she wore a brace for years, but her back is still a bit twisted. I think I heard that surgery can help too.
I've had back pain due to an old injury from a car accident; it's compounded by the fact that I've also got osteoarthritis. I can't even begin to imagine what sort of pain you're in! I know that yoga and stretching does help me at times-have you ever tried them?

no cure i know of(surgery isn't foolproof),but i've found cloth braces and inversion tables help immensely.
hanging upside down gives your back a break from the stress it can put on your spinal column.

what it does as you get older is help support and ease the burden on your spine.
i still put mine on once in a while.it won't correct it at that point, but it does offer some relief.

In children, scoliosis can be corrected in proper posture and in severe cases, the use of orthotics devices are possible. It is not possible to be corrected in adult age group, unless it is done in surgery or create braces to support the malformation of the spine. In aging process, the scoliosis will progress if it is not corrected.

While there are alternative methods which you can take part in eliminating such condition, but I am afraid you cannot cure such unless you go undergo extensive treatments like bone surgery or the alike.
But there are ways to correct your body posture most especially Scoliosis condition, you can always rely to consuming high calcium rich foods, they are essential to people who are suffering such condition, With Milk and other calcium based products, you can help yourself in putting prosper calcium in your bones.
Also correcting your posture will help you not to feel slouchy. There are devices which you can buy without prescription that could help you correct your posture such products like, Posture Corrector can help you maintain a straight posture.
Lastly, consulting the matter to your Doctor is the best cure to such, since they know best on how to correct a scoliosis posture.

You must see the doctor and take medicine, whatever the medicine is ecpensive or not.The body is very important to you, without a healthy body you can not work for money forever. So go to a hospital and take some medicine! If you haven't any money, you can ask help to your gavarment! I think the garvarment will help you for the last!

Try and inversion table. I heard that those work. When I get the money, I am actually thinking of going out and buying one.

are you sure that it's scoliosis? your back pain might be caused by something.
If you are sure that it's scoliosis you can do some stretching exercises at home that will help ease the pain. you can also use hot packs.
Surgery is usually the last resort when it comes to scoliosis. an ortho would probably recommend a back brace and physical therapy first.

The doctor told me 6 years ago that it's scoliosis. He said it won't progress and by doing some stretching exercises will help. I've been doing what I'm told, but I'm still suffering from serious back pain. Maybe I will consider back brace and ask the doctor about it.Thanks :)

I don't know if Scoliosis can still be managed with massages or therapist. What i knew is it can only be corrected through a medical approach. Try and see your doctor. I guess , a regular exercise and proper diet can help improve scoliosis but remember never self medicate .
