What do you mean by "fruit cake?" Do you mean the traditional English Fruitcake that is served at Christmas, or do you mean a regular cake that is topped with fruit? I never cared for the traditional English fruitcake, or Christmas cake, but I do enjoy a white cake, or pound cake topped with fruit. I also love chocolate cake. Which one I think is better totally depends on my mood.
