There are a lot of ways to obtain water, fruits can be one. The extracted juices of these fruits is also an alternative to replace water. Water melon contains liquid to be hydrated. But then, plain water is the best to be consumed for our body.

It sounds good however, there is what you call system drowning too, where too much water could actually drown your system and keeping them from functioning well. Do consult your doctor to know how much is too much and how much is just right.

I have read about that as well. I think 3 liters of water a day is plenty for anyone.

Drinking water is a very healthy thing to do. I need to drink more water myself. Are you doing a water cleanse or are you adding more water to your daily intake. I was up to one gallon of water a day in the summer and it was very helpful. I like to drink a lot of water in the summer.

Most people drink more in the summer than, in the winter. We don't realize, that we actually need to drink more in the winter. Having the heat on in the house drys us out. Many people don't realize our skin tends to hold less moisture in the winter than, in the summer.

Water therapy is good for the internal system. The effects of this therapy can be realised significantly if a few glasses of water is consumed after waking up.
The body is at rest during the night when it goes into a self-cleaning mode. Toxins are released after the cleansing and by consuming water after waking up, it assists the body in releasing all toxins from the body. Try it and see!

i have also tried that therapy years ago. I have lost weight but it is difficult to be going to the toilet every now and then.

Water, indeed is the best. Water helps regulate our body temperature through perspiration, which dissipates excess heat & cools our bodies. But we should not take in too much of it as it will cause you water intoxication. That's a healthy habit. Go on with it. I have been drinking more water also buit I am not able to reach the target of 2 litters a day. I wish I could.

Eight to ten glasses of water to drink a day will make us healthier... Well, water theraphy it is indeed and it surely will make us feel good in our own. It is really part of being healthy. This is a nice discussion! A very informative one for all mylotters...

Water is really good for the body. Drinking more of it and less of the carbonated drinks will help boost the immune system and will also help release the toxins of the body. If you're trying to lose weight, drink warm water in an empty stomach the moment you wake up.

That is a very excellent exercise there my friend. Well, you know what they say, water is life. Try drinking 1-2 glass of water every time you wake up. Make sure your tummy is empty before drinking. That way, it can cure some illnesses like colds and coughs. I do that everyday and ever since I started doing it, I didn't get colds and coughs anymore. Have a nice day! :)

Water is very good for health at least we should drink three liters of water a day.But i have heard making habit of drinking water too much and again not drinking up to that level is not good.
You thought of drinking water too much is very nice but on the other hand try balance the level of drinking water also.
