yup, same here. well, at least about the money part. i have been fortunate because i have used the money i make on here to buy little things for our daughters for Christmas (now i will be working on stuff for Easter as i will be getting payout for December) and stuff for myself and my hubby has defended me earning money on her to my daughters (when they are too lazy to make supper, etc).

hi lovingMyBabies oh good deal thats great now if I co uld get ny son to see why I love mylot. hes a Facebook fan faretheewell and has loads of pictures and stuff on his account. I love mylot much more as I care about my friends here and its helped me s o m ch with being able to accept staying in this tiresome retirement center.And sometimes I have been able to help others and that was a great feeling too.I love my earnings too. I am so glad your husband understands now and he has a really intelligent grasp on it.

My boyfriend thinks that myLot is a bit odd. He's seen a few of the more garbled posts on here, so he sort of wonders about the appeal this site has for me. However, he realizes that I do get some money out of it, and I could be up to far worse things--not that I ever would.

It is great when husband's finally understand us and why we do the things we do. Randy had wondered why I am on here a lot and I had told him to talk to to people and to also find other sites that pay. I am also into crafting and I get ideas from here as well. I love being able to share with my friends and have learned from them. It is great to know that I am not alone and that there are people who have the same troubles as I do and can relate to what I am going through. Randy has Type 2 diabetes and I know there are other mylotters who have Type 2 diabetes or know of someone who does which makes it good because we are able to share stories and give each other help and guidance.

That is great news! So many partners often wonder why we can be so transfixed and totally consumed in Mylot, and some will even joke about it and unless they fully understand what you get out of Mylot then they will never see the fascination. I could never confide deeply with my ex, well not as much as I open up here on Mylot, many times I got the support and advice I sought, when in reality it should have come from my ex. My therapist appreciates that I have Mylot to turn to, I see her once a week, and I tell her what support I get at Mylot and she appreciates it and is happy to see me 'communicating'

It is nice to know that your husband understands. Mine doesn't and complains all the time about how much I am on the computer. He sure doesn't complain when I have gift cards and things so we can go do things.

I'm so happy for you! I'm still working on my boyfriend, but he's glad to see that I'm able to earn a few extra dollars when we need it! Sometimes I just need to vent, and that makes him happy that I have someone else to talk to!

Thats awesome he sees how much you love it here and why. I remember mylotting when my husband lived here but I dont think I was as active at all. I was pretty obsessed with facebook at the time. Mylot is such an awesome site. I am so glad I found out about this site 6 years ago.

I couldn't help but laugh at your last statement here about your husband seeing the MyLot light. That said, do you think that it would be possible for you to have your husband call my husband and explain to him why I am so incredibly addicted to mylot. You see, my husband doesn't seem to get it at all and he really should. He should realize that if it wasn't for mylot and the other sites that I work with that I would have had to have asked him for money for Christmas shopping and our children wouldn't have had much of a Christmas this year.

I am so happy for you. I could never get my husband to hang around here or even just read my discussion. He's not into this and i just have to live with that. I'm just contented that he allows me to spend as much time as i want on mylot. Not that he's complaining.

I have been encouraging my wife to check out myLot and be involved. She seems to be interested but has yet to make time for it :)
