I currently involve in an online business.I almost reach the quota within this month but just this morning when I check back the site, it was shut down. I personally very disappointed and scared it won't function actively anymore.I'm thinking that my efforts and time spent was just wasted.I'm hoping that it will be back soon since the money involved is quite huge amount. If you were in my shoes, what would you feel? how would you react to that situation?

This is one of the fact that we have to accept while we are working online. Anything can happen. So the best thing we can do is to join those trusted sites and to request every time we reach the minimum.
But who knows there are just some technical problems and the site will be back the next day.

That is one reason why online earnings that involves investing money doesn't have any appeal to me.
I never signed up or joined any online site that ask money for registration.
Friends are asking me to join this and that site- asking for a little amount of registration like 50-100 pesos.
It's just a small amount but No- I never registered, because I don't want to ask people to join under my ref (and it's the common trend with online sites that ask payment for registration)
Now, I haven't heard any of those online sites....guess those sites turns into scam already.

Hopefully the site will be backed again tomorrow.
Perhaps you check around with those in the same
online site with you to see what actually happen.
That is the reason at times that I am hesitate to
join any other online sites.
Happy New year 2013 to you.

That must be a real setback for you but nothing much you can do about it. I can understand what you are going through right now as its shocking. You worked hard all month along and when you reached the quota and become eligible for payout then suddenly the site turned into scam. That is a risk element involved in online earning. You never know which earning site can go down. From how much time you have involved with that site and have they paid you previously ? Are you involved in some kind of investment business ? I don't think they will come back as chances are very low . You can only hope for their comeback and nothing much. Next time you should first properly investigate about a site before getting into any kind of business with them. Take Care

It feels very bad when your efforts go waste at the end of day. But don't worry as
you can start and sign u with other hostiing companies. But I genuinely feel that
you should not have invested so much money when there are free sites like indiagetOnline.in. You could have also opted for cheap domains at GoDaddy.com.
Best of luck with your new Provider and don't be disheartened as it could happen to anyone including me.

I had been through this once with a site i don't recall. When I reached the pay off amount, my request was denied because from the amount, a said service fee of 50 percent was deducted, so I was prompted to go on to which I disgustingly just stopped logging in again.

It sounds really disappointing but in case case I take it as a challenge to be more careful in participating and involving some online activities.I'm quite sad that there are some people who created some scum that victimize innocent people who only aim to have additional income to suffice the needs of their family.Don;t they have any conscience at all?

I've learned my lesson on that one. Get in and get out as soon as you can. Just wondering what site you are referring to though.

I joined a lot of sites, and exerted much effort to reach the quota for each site- it was ind of stressful... and then i find out some of them, quite several actually.. have been scams or shut down. Well, look for other sites again.. and eventually found this.. mylot

I would be in panic! I mean, we look for ways to earn something, then all of the sudden that happens? How could I ever get back all the money that I have used to start up the business? I would definitely be miserable for a long time.

This is a problem that I have experienced several occasions and I have felt very disappointed to put it mildly but unfortunately it is a fact that sites can shut down and go bust on line. Yes, I can see how much of a waste of time it is too, but it is a way of life on line and I have now learned that nothing is absolutely guaranteed. If the site owner find that they are losing money or not earning what the expected, they will ditch the site and look for something else to put their skills too. Sites like myLot may not pay out a fortune, but have been around for a long time because they don't make promises that they can't keep thus looking after their members and their business. I have been self-employed all my life and have had good times and bad in business, but it is always a risk that I have taken that has either paid of or not. I take it philosophically because if I think hard on my losses I would go crazy and not do anything. _Derek

Having business online does not always guarantee their legalities and true existence but for us who hope to have an additional income by working online, we grab immediately the opportunity. It's a risk though but we hols on the chances, right?
Life is like that, if the doors close we should not worry there are still windows opened!

Just like you very disappointed but we don't any choice or alternative because nowadays, scam are common online. Many times I experience being scam and site was close after the day I last log-in. The life of online job seekers continue. Just only a waste of our time devoted to the site.

Hi Daisy: I'm sorry for you. If I were in your shoes, I'd feel frustrated about these issues and I'd try to find out what happened and what can my service provider do in order to fix things or at least give my money back. After all they are offering you a service that is affecting your business

Oh my. If that happen, I'll feel mentally distorted. I am going to feel frustration. That is why I have a back up online. I've still have a back up even though its not a business so that if there is a site that has shut down, I can still move forward by doing another work online.

Hello friend. That's frustrating! I also experience that same situation to my other online job. I'm positive that the website only experience some technical errors. Well, in this kind of work we are not really secure that's the reason we should be careful in joining other online job.. Don't worry everything will be alright. All is well.
Thanks for sharing...
