Discussions not coming to me!

I was thinking about that earlier. I had thought that none of my friends on My Lot had started discussions over Christmas/New Year as I hadn't got any notifications. It is something I've noticed over the past week or so, but it was fine before that. Let's hope they sort it out soon as it makes it hard to find discussions from other members.

It seems that there are often problems with the notifiers and they stop arriving. Right now I am not receiving them for PMS though my friends started topics are all arriving. I suggest that you change your email here on myLot (in your prefernces) and see if they then arrive in the new one. If they do, you can then change it back again. That works each time that they stop arriving to me.

It's happened sometimes here, you will wonder why no emails coming to your inbox to inform you about your friend activities. If you will stay here for a longer time you will understand the situation. Technical problem will happened many times specially here in myLot. But don't worry myLot proven for more than 7 years being legitimate site online.

I have reported this for over a year and to no avail. People have suggested that I open a new email addy but I really do not want to do this. Surely there is some other way?

hi, it also happened to me twice,i thought that my account in yahoo and mylot had problems because for the whole day i didn't received any discussions from mylot,i don't know the exact problem but i think that mylot had problem during that time.

I don't get everything. It's just the way it is. I started a new e-mail address and at least now I get notified when someone PMs me. But I'm still not getting everything. Opening a new account takes a matter of minutes. You can open a gmail account. Set it up to forward all your e-mail to your current account. Then come to myLot and update your preferences with your new account. After opening it, I've never returned to my new account. I understand this has been a problem for years. MyLot has several problems I'm aware of right now. Don't sit back and wait for it to get fixed in the next couple days. Not gonna happen.

I have been several months now without them. I have done everything except changing the email address that everyone seems to say helps. I am considering it. I have contacted admin but I am not sure they can help since mine have not been restored.
