Have you gone snorkeling?

One of the things I enjoy most is snorkeling. I love watching the marine life without having to dive deep into the ocean. Whenever we go to Palawan, this is one of the things listed on my to-do list. It may be scary to some but believe me, it is really fun! Of course, one of the things that I never forget whenever we go snorkeling, is my camera! Snorkeling is one of the popular water activities here in the Philippines. Has anyone here tried snorkeling?

Last year summer was our plan but because of some circumstances it wasn't posed through. Some priorities need immediate attention. Our plan still on going, it will be in Island Garden City of Samal, near in Davao City

Samal Island is good. When you go to Samal, visit Talicud island. Diving and snorkeling would be heavenly in that area.

I've been in Samal Island more than 5 times and round Talicud Island 3 times but doing snorkeling not yet. I meet one family friend in Talicud and regularly visiting them. But after I work abroad, I didn't visit them for more than 3 years. Planning to surprise them soon.

I tried once in Boracay Island, and it's so amazing! The crystal clear water, the sun, and those wonderful marine life are really beautiful. I have to say that snorkeling in a beautiful place is very much enjoying. Palawan is my next destination. :)

Yes, I like Boracay too. But I still pick Coron over Boracay.

I have not tried snorkeling but I would really love to. Hope I get to try it before I get too old...

I live in Florida...When we were kids I think we were born with snorkels in our mouths and surfboards attached to our feet When I got out of the Navy I got my civilian captains license and traveled the caribbean piloting other peoples sailboats. I have snorkeled all over the caribbean.

Snorkelling is one of the things i miss the most. That's why i made a promise to myself that I am definitely going to that when i get back home in the Philippines. I love snorkelling, watching the different colors of the fish and the corals! I love Guimaras Island, Boracay and Nogas Island for snorkelling. I've never been to Palawan yet but I'll consider that and maybe take a trip there when I get home.
