You must have heard or seen the news about this gunman in Kawit Cavite who killed 7 people and hit 11 others. Just like the news we hear in the US where somebody just comes out of nowhere and shoots everyone he sees. Yes, it's already here in the Philippines as well. He went inside houses and apartments and shoots everyone he sees, young, adult or senior citizens. He died after an encounter with our police officials. They said he has some family problems that is why he did that.
My question is, why are there people with no heart doing such crime to people whom they don't even know? Can we ever run or hide from these crazy gunman? And what do you think should our government do so we don't experience or encounter this incident again?

I haven't heard of that yet but that's very bad to know. The fact is, we can't run or hide from them, well you can but only if you know all the person in your surroundings. Only God knows what will happen to us. I'm sad that there are people existing in this world with attitudes like that. The government should make programs about families like conducting an orientation about taking care of their children and how to make their children grow responsible. But sadly our government is not that great. There are lots of issues in our government today. I'm just hoping that any forms of corruption will be cleared in our government so that our country will prosper.

I don't know why they even think of it as a solution to their problems. I really believe that all problems has a solution, a good one to be exact. They don't have to kill others to be heard or be known. It's just crazy and stupid and really sad because the are killing innocent people. People who are only at there homes, innocent kids who even don't know what's happening, senior citizens that can't even run for safety. It's just really sad

I guess it has to do with pride and shame. Some people can't deal with the problem when some miserable and horrible had happened to them and they are unable to cope. Then, they see others as the reaosn or root of their problems, even though other people don't really know what's going on.

this has been one of my fears. i think it's the first time this has ever happened in the philippines. correct me if i'm wrong. a lot of people are saying this will never happen to our country because we are god-fearing, family-oriented, etc. but see what happened?
