I think the effctive way to get rid of under-eye bags is still have a good night rest, pls note, the good night rest no lead by your sleeping time but the quality of your sleeping, and actually get to sleep until 10 or 11 pm is early enough,so I think you need to pay attention to your quality of sleeping.

There are several ways here for us to get rid of eyebags.
One is doing eye SPA before sleeping. You can use your fingers to give your eye a massage, if you can have some essential oils, things will be better. It usually takes you ten minutes.
The other way is to take in collagen protein by food, the chicken legs and the skin of fish are very good source of collagen protein. Taking this kind of food regularly can help you keep your skin young.
The most important thing you have to do is having a good sleep every night. Without making it, it is very hard for you to keep the eyebags away.

Here is a site that might help. They have remedies for dark circles but I didn't read it all so I don't know if they address the issue of eyebags as well. http://earthclinic.com/CURES/dark_circles_eyes.html and here is a site that deals with eyebags www.livestrong.com/article/133720-natural-remedies-under-eye-bags/ Hope this helps.

I think, you just need some more sleep there. Maybe 3-4 days in a row of early sleep would take care of your problem.

An "old ladies" method is to put on your eyes for about 15 minutes a day, wet bags of camomille tea. they are apparently reducing the pufiness and leaves you with a nice sensation of coolness and moisture. Vitamins also help, but take longer to be ffective. Anyhow, you'll have to mix better and healthier food, with proper amount of sleep, vitamns and some exercise. All together will help greatly!

Í heard that cucumber can help to lessen or cure eyebags. Just place a slice of it on both of your eyes. It will give a cold feeling, so maybe it can really help. Another thing you can do is to gently massage the outer layer of your eyes especially the lower part using one finger on each eye. Do it before your sleep. I heard it from a doctor. Well, just sharing what I know. Good day!

I had eye bags before and this is caused by lack of sleep. Some say it also due to my eyeglasses. What I normally do is get enough sleep. I sleep during day time before as I work in the night shift. This is where my eye bag started. Now my work is during day time and I have less eye bags. Cucumber works for me and refraining from too much use of laptop.

You can use your finger to press around your eye slightly.
And one more, I've heard that if you drink too much water before you go to bed at night, the next day you will have eyebags!
Try to have just a little milk and have a great sleep at night.
p.s. Calcium in milk can help you fall asleep at night.

There are so many rasons why a persom bears those bags under the eyes. One of which is your statement like, lack of sleep. So completing an 8hour sleep is a great help to avoid the eyebags. Another one is genetics.. Some people just have it hereditary... And the major cause of eyebags is aging. So where do you think your eyebags are coming from? If lack of sleep, solution.. Sleep complete hours or more.... For several days, weeks or months. Support it with natural remedies like, cucumber on eyes, ice and all. If it is genetics and aging, then surgery is the quickest possible way to remove them.

If you fall asleep around 10 or 11, thats probably early enough. It depends on what time you need to get up in the morning. If you don't have to get up til 6, you're still getting 7 or 8 hours. It would be helpful if you got 8 ot 9, but it's still within what is usually suggested. The question needs to be, do you feel alert in the morning or do you drag in the morning? If you're still tired in the morning, maybe you need to look at a few ways you can modify your schedule so that you are more tired at night.
