This is indeed a very god news and while you are here in our country, make the most out of your vacation, try and explore more of the local tourist destinations, 3 years is a long time too so i am pretty sure you will see that The Philippines have undergone to many changes and what about the food? There are so many food and delicacies i am sure you have missed. It is really different when you eat Filipino foods around your family, the food becomes more delicious. And do not forget to take lots and lots of pictures of your family and relatives, they will prove useful when you are homesick. Welcome Home Kababayan!

It is lovely that your husband rewarded you with a vacation to the Philippines so you can see your family. Your two weeks there will be really exciting and wonderful. It is hard emotionally to live overseas in a different country to which you were born. Some of my brother-in-laws family live in England and most of them live in Canada. It is superb that you are now building your own family in the USA.
