I am having a difficult time finding a babysitter. It is hard to find a good babysitter. Even harder to find a sitter for nights. Thats my major problem. The sitter I have now is so unrealiable. I am affraid I will have to start calling into work because she dont want to watch my kids. Then plus my oldest and her oldest have been arguing with each other. I dont want to quit my job. But if it comes to my kids I will do whatever it take to keep them safe.

Retired people and college kids are always looking for work. People my age (grandmother) are more responsible.

It's really tough finding a reliable babysitter nowadays. I'm just lucky that I have someone for my children when I have to go to work.

It is a shame you have to work in the night time. I suggest you try to find a mature and sensible lady like one that is retired from her job. She could have the necessary skills and reliability. A young student might not be as dependable in my opinion.
Some child minders are happy to do a night shift and they might charge a lot more than they do in the daytime. My daughter goes to a childminder and a preschool in the day time. My son is disabled so I am unable to find a child carer for him. They would have to be better qualified than a nurse.
Good luck finding an excellent baby sitter.

It's hard to trust our kids to babysitters that we don't know personally.
I hope you can find someone who is responsible and is trustworthy.
Look for someone just around the neighborhood or recommended by friends.
