Can that be possible? Oh goodness... for no particular reason and occasion I would loudly sing this song on my head and the song was by Whitney Huston song titled : All at Once. I was on a helmet store this afternoon with hubby and I was singing this song while I was looking for the helmet I like.
The weird thing about is... I cannot help myself but sing it. It's not funny anymore! :(

Oh I know... it's really annoying. Especially when it's a song I don't like that much, yet it's stuck in my head and I have to sing it or hum it... sometimes unconsciously I sing these songs whilst walking home... once I caught someone even looking at me with a puzzled expression on their faces...

Things like this gets far more worse when election is at hand and candidates are campaigning using jingles. They roamed around the streets from sunup till sundown. Then you are left having this song playing on your hear. Then singing it even in your dreams. Hahaha. This is the most irritating time of all times.

It's hard to control is unless you set your mind to focus on a certain object or situation. That would surely stick on your head for a while......

I actually have a song that just comes out of my mouth whenever I do the laundry or in the bathroom. When I am not on those situations, I can't remember the song!

I cannot control it. It comes uninvited. I hum it or even sings it loud while I'm washing the dishes, taking a bath or just watching tv. So annoying sometimes specially when there other people around and you just sing that songs aloud and the people will stare at you. hahaha.
I'm glad now actually I'm not humming any songs. I actually tried to remember a song yesterday but no matter how I did through my mind I cannot remember it.

Haha! oh this happens to me too. Our office building has this songs being played 24 hours. there is a song festival so they are promoting tagalog songs so they have these songs being played. So everytime you are in the building premises, except office floors, there are songs being played, and wow just yesterday i think i was humming the song and then i cannot sing the song because i was in a meeting... so i was singing the song in my mind when i got bored in the meeting. Funny still for me because the song is pretty nice.. and i actually missed old songs such as the one that was in my mind the whole time. ;) Oh well when these things happen to me, i would just always try to play some songs just so i caan sort of overwrite the song playing in my mind that i no longer want to be singing. hehe
We call it last song syndrome here! =) haha

Sometimes its sucks listening to just one song the whole day. Part of you want to just listen to something different.
That's funny when we hum a song in our mind co's we can't sing it aloud. Sometimes I sing it very loud in that bathroom like shouting it almost.

True somehow, because of course there is no way that you'll be thinking of that song when you are worried about other things.
I'm glad though that I don't hum that song anymore this time. Probably because my mind is occupied with other things an mostly its about money because of monthly dues and stuff. So deep sigh!
Being an adult is a very serious thing.

The subconscious is indeed strange. Earlier in the afternoon I was staying in the balcony and suddenly the song by Smashing Pumpkins called Crestfallen played in my head especially the line "Your life is not your own". I haven't heard that song in a while and thought it strange it kept repeating in my head. I decided to listen to it. 5 hours after my friend sends me a text message which was a quote from a movie which started with "Our lives are not our own". Not a coincidence.
Sometimes some lyrics may be auto-suggestions. Maybe you're just picking up on someone else's energy related to the song lyrics itself.

I woke up this morning humming that song again, and believe it or not before I went to bed last night I remember singing that song again. I can't believe it, I now am thinking of how to get rid of such songs in my mind.
Probably true that some lyrics might be an auto-suggestion. The part of the song that's been ringing on my head is the sad part and it it goes like this "..all at once, I'm drifting on a lonely sea, wishing you come back to me.."
It's crazy how this songs been in my head and eating up my sub-conscious because hubby and I are definitely in good terms now and is happily being together. What's the point of this sad and lonely song then. Ahh, so weird!
