"People were created to be loved. Things were created to be used. Ironically in reality, things are being loved & people are being used." I think that this saying is so true. This helps me to think about how I'm living my life and what am I putting first in it. Thankfully though I know the importance of spending time with family and friends and not overly being concerned with material things. But I think that sometimes I just have to stop what I'm doing (particularly when it comes to work online) and go spend time with my family or make some type of special meal for them.

I agree. We should not forget what really matters most in life. I mean, money is important. But being with the people we love who value us in their lives is more important. Our time here in the world will not take forever. And these people might not always be there for us, so, as long as we have them, let's not forget to make them feel loved and valued.

There is so much emphasis on getting more of everything in any sense that we have to stand out as different in this regard. Countries and leaders are in so much debt, and citizens as well. We have to be different and really keep family and friends as important in our lives. We never know what things we may face and like you mentioned we don't know if or when something tragic will happen to us or our loved ones.

People are created out of love, should live to love and be loved, and most especially really to love to live. Things were created to be used, out of love and be used when in love, lol! But the thing is to love is the most special feature of our existence and giving or sharing it with those people who are important to us is the real essence of what it is truly all about.

I completely agree with you. We were created out of love. The thoughts that you have mentioned are so true. Love definitely is the most special. Without it our life feels really empty. We definitely need to share our existence with our family and friends.

This presents that you love your family very much and clearly indicates that how important your family is to you . I must thank you for picking a topic which will awake many and presents how important family is.It is true what you said "People were created to be loved. Things were created to be used. Ironically in reality, things are being loved & people are being used" but many times it reverses and some times we cant even decide which one should be preferred.I totally agree with you.

Yes family should be very important to us. Life can be so short. It's important that we remember that the people in our lives should have the utmost importance in it. And after all money nor possessions are everything. When we realize the benefits of living a simple life then we are able to spend a great deal of time with our family instead of having to focus on work.

Yes we should spend our time with our family. Life can be gone in the blink of an eye. It is very important that we keep good relationships with those that are closest to us and not put money or possessions first. Things like that will not make us happy. It will only cause us to lose precious time with them that we can not get back.

I'm glad I'm still using things and loving people
so this saying is not for me. I always stop doing my things here online at certain time to prepare meals and stay with my husband at night. But this mylot is so addictive that sometimes I cannot help not to take a glimpse for just a few minutes while in bed

I'm glad that you have your priorities in the right place. It is a great thing when we know that our love for people should come first before possessions. It is good to have that balance of work and family life. I'm working on keeping my balance between working online and spending time with my daughter. Since I spend the majority of my time at home I have to set a schedule for working online and then activities for my daughter and I.

I completely agree with you. Every and now and then we need to stop and reevaluate our life and how we are living it. We want our family and friends to know that we love and value them. That spending time with them is more important than trying to gain a lot of material possessions. When we focus solely on that we lose out on precious time that we can't get back with our family and then when it is to late do we realize that we should have been focusing on our family. It is best that we see these things at an early age.

this post brought me in mind of how important my family and spending time with them is. i love playing with my daughter and her new stuff she got for xmas. it's not about the stuff, it's about the time we share together.

I have felt that way so many times. I often do things for work online which seems like it takes forever to reach my goals for my earnings. I'm doing better but I still have to turn it off or put it on stand by so that I can get other things done and spend more time with my daughter and husband. We have to put our family first and remember that money isn't everything.

It's a good saying. We work hard to earn a living, sometimes we are too busy to take care of the people we love. In fact, we are putting things first, not love. But when we are asked which is more important, love or things? I believe most of us will put love first. We should really put love first, because when we miss things, we can earn them back. When we miss love, we will never get it back. Love is forever before material things.

Yes I agree with your comment. It is sad that we have to work so hard just to be able to support ourselves and our family. Then after we work it is vital that we spend time with our family and showing them how much we value them. Yes, you are so right we should put love first.
