I am 5 months pregnant with my second child. My first was a boy but we still don't know the gender of my second baby up to this day. Planning to have an ultrasound next month, so excited to know! Our first baby is 2 years old and 3 months old now, so we really are hoping it's gonna be a girl this time. I have heard and read lots of myth over the internet, like they said that you will know the gender of the baby based on the baby's heart beat per minute, so on and so forth....but as they say there is only one way to know and that is through ultrasound! hehehe... So we will gonna have a 4D next month! My husband is very excited already.... But for me, even if it's still a boy, it is okay with me as long as the baby is healthy.... Please help me pray for a normal and healthy baby my friends! ;-)

Congratulations Farah! You're so blessed. You have to maintain your diet and do exercises for moms because it will definitely help your labor. Keep your good health always!!!

First of all congratulations to you for having another baby.. I understand your feelings regarding whatever the gender of your baby as long as he or she is healthy it doesn't matter anymore.. when I was pregnant I am not praying for a girl or boy I just prayed that my baby will be normal and healthy.. as a soon to be mom that's all we prayed for but of course we are responsible also if we want a healthy baby.. just keep on eating healthy and nutrious foods.. and rest well.. goodluck to you and stay safe..

I hope that the baby your are currently pregnant with will be born fit and healthy. I wish that you will have a quick and easy labor. The 4D scan booked for next month sounds super exciting to me. I hope that you will get excellent images of your baby. You will be able to buy some of the photos. When I was pregnant I got black and white thermal images from the scanning machine. At my local hospital they are not known for their accuracy. I know two ladies who were told at their 20 week scan their babies were the opposite gender. For my second pregnancy they missed seeing fluid in my baby's head, twisted feet and a hole in the back. My little boy is now 5 years old and he is disabled. My little girl was born two years after him. She is now 3 years old. She is tall for her age and looks much older. Good luck.

I am very happy for you. I always think that two children will be perfect for a family. And you are right, although a girl will be better this time since you already have a boy. But it really don't matter because as long as the baby is healthy and adorable, it is ideal already. And I know your baby will be such a cute baby

Wow! That's good news my friend! So happy for you for you first born baby boy!I know lots of fathers out there really wished to have a first born baby boy and you are so lucky to be one of them! Am pretty sure you will gonna have a mixed emotion as soon as you hold your baby in your loving arms. It's a great feeling my friend... It is an indescribable feeling of happiness and excitement.... Our first born baby boy now is two years old but we still can't get enough of him especially my husband,he keeps on taking pictures with my baby- that's his pastime! and every time he gets bored in the office he just look at our son's pictures then all things will seem to be okay for him! hehehe I also hope and wish for a safe delivery of your wife and a healthy baby boy soon for your first born..;-)... Congratulations my friend and good luck the coming sleepless nights! hehehe... But mind you, everything is all worth upon seeing the smile of your cute little angel. ;-)

Congratulations. Please take care of you as well as your baby. Gender is not a factor. A good child is an asset for a particular parents, society, nation as well as the whole world. Please listen the advice of your doctor for the benefit of your beloved child.

So many regards and congratulations for the upcoming happiness. You must be feeling all happy and excited. Well my grandmother use to say if your stomach is seen out way lot in 6th month itself, it is a baby boy. And if your stomach does not come out much, sometimes it does not even feel if you are 8 months pregnant. It is that in, then there is a baby girl. So keep checking for the tummy growth and many times this observation of mine has come out true. My sister was at her 8 months pregnant, but we were all talking about why we can't see her stomach. And we thought it will be a baby girl, and she did gave birth to a girl

That should be exciting to find out what you are having. I was excited too but I already know what I was having before my gender can at 20 weeks. I knew my first was a girl and my second was boy. I get feeling when number 3 is ready to come alone that it'll be another little boy. Congratulations on your second child. I hope as well that you have a little girl. It's fun having one of each.

I was so nervous when I went for my ultrasound. Me and my brother wanted a boy. He wanted a nephew for obvious reasons and I always thought that boys were a little easier to handle because you don't have to buy them as many clothes and they are also a bit calmer when it comes to emotional issues. However, my grandma wanted a little girl to dress up,so of course I had a little girl! And I love her! She's so sweet and cute!

It is indeed a mixed emotions, excitement and nervousness when doing this ultrasound thing...hehehe... Hmmnn.. For my first baby,we really thank my sis in-law who never fails to send us her son's clothes from US. The clothes that was sent to us every end of the year as her gift to us could really cover my son's garments for a year, it is really a great savings for us!hehehe... But mind you my friend, even if you don't buy many clothes for boys compared to girls, boy's garments and other baby boys stuff are much expensive than girls.. Congratulations on your baby girl! Am pretty sure you are having a great time dressing up your little princess, and am sure her granny does too! ;-) Good luck on you pretty little princess my friend!
