When I was younger I was thinking about operating my nose because it looked ugly to me. But somehow I learnt to accept it and even though I still have moments when I'd like to change it I really like it. The problem with plastic surgery is that you never know what the outcome will look like and sometimes it's worse.than the original look. People with low self-esteem will operate their body just to feel better but there are other ways to make ypu feel more confident about yourself...

Hi Yes plastic surgery is common these days. people who are not happy about their looks and have money (who can afford)are going for this.If proper care is taken after the surgery then its well and good but in many cases as i heard they have some side affects due to poor maintenance. So people should really think well before going for this surgery.
