Responsible People

I've always believed that the good things you do at home should also be exhibited even when you step outside your house and vice versa. Being responsible shouldn't be confined to only a certain area of a person's life. If it is, then that person isn't really responsible. Worse, he's a hypocrite.

My husband is a great man. He's a responsible person at home and at his office. This is right with your question? You mean that you would like to know if your friend' husband is a responsible person at home?

I think so, yes. That kind of upbringing goes almost everywhere.

In my points of view, a person who knows how to be flexible and the responsibility had been practicing from his own clear conscience. Then he is remarkable good person. If your friend claimed that he is a responsible husband, then we need to believe on this. In the work place is a different situation, if he cannot do his responsibility then there is something wrong. It can be lack of skills or unable to cope up with the changes in the company. Thus we cannot see the level of responsibility by saying it, it will reflect in the performance evaluation that used to be done by the human resource personnel.

Values are bred for a long time and does not automatically switch off with a change of the setting. A person who is responsible at home is therefore likely bring the same work quality at work.

I think that a truly responsible person would be responsible in most facets of their lives. Just like a truly irresponsible person would be just the same in other parts of their lives. I would think that it's hard to turn these characteristics off.
