Hi my lotters just wanted to share my interest I am a health conscious person and I wanted to improve and more focus on health and spread and share my knowledge to our com members here. What is Balance Diet?well, it is a food preparation which provides complete nutrients as well as supplies carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber in their normal proportions. It is the basis for all diet modifications. TIPS: Eat three meals a day instead of frequent ones or eating between meals. Establish a regular eating habit. Eat a heavy breakfast, a moderate launch and a light supper. Eat food of the right kind, at the right time and interval, in the right amount, and in the right condition of mind just like eating in a relaxed atmosphere is ideal. Have at least a five hour interval between meals for digestion to be efficient. Last meal of the day should be taken at least three hours before sleeping. Eat more fresh fruits instead of rich desserts. Eat at least one serving of dark green leafy vegetables a day. Eat more unrefined, unprocessed foods. Avoid too much tea , coffee(ouch my favorite!), and carbonated drinks. Drink 8 glasses of warm water a day between meals. Include a variety of foods each meal. Take time to enjoy your food. Don't hurry. so anything you can share beside what I discuss ? your suggestion are very much welcome..

Thanks for the info. I was just wondering about the three meals a day. It was my understanding that one eats a hearty, healthy breakfast, but instead of then just lunch and supper, one does have small healthy snacks before lunch and supper.

Thanks! This is very informative. I admit, I don't live a healthy lifestyle and I don't eat healthy food. I don't like exercising and I don't want to go on diet too. I think this will help me keep up a balance diet and healthy lifestyle. Happy myLotting! :)

Balance diet includes following the Go, Glow and Grow foods. Eat healthy foods with lot of fruits and vegetables. Avoid meat because it will destroy your proper diet.

hi fearless gara I think your information is really helfu l but my diabetes educator suggest for us to get four or five small meals a day to keep our blood sugar normal. that w ay we will not go low and will not feel any hunger pangs either. We are also encouraged to eat mostly veggies and fruits, whole grain, leafy veggies also and lean meat and low fat diary .Al;so I check my blood sugar four times a day.

You are right with just about everything that you said...But Carbohydrates, and fruit, and anything else that contains sugar is not good for someone that has sugar diabetes. or people that are over weight. I do not know why herb tea is not good to drink..their is no sugar in it, and herbs are good for a lot of different things.

Since I bought my nutribullet, I get my daily intake of fruits and leaf greens. I drink one for breakfast, and now I drink one at night as well. I can tell it is helping with my energy level and that is good too. the nutribullet pulverizes the food and by using it, I don't throw anything away, as I get all the nutritious value in the fruits and the spinach leaves. I use frozen fruits and baby spinach leaves. It is the best investment I have ever made, and they are so delicious too. None of the fruits have sugar in them as they are fozen in their atural state. I also put flax seeds on top as a booster for the drink. I figured I would become more healthy by using the nutribullet. thank you for this discussion as it is very valuable information. Take care, and have a great day.
