Low Energy

January 25, 2013 11:36pm CST
Though how we want to be energetic all the time. But, there would be a time that our energy is low. That is me today. Last night as I arrived home I took a cold shower and wash my clothes then I went to bed but I hardly can't sleep. The following morning I feel that I have a low energy. Was there a time that you feel the same? How would you regain your energy?

Hmmm I wonder what time you did those, because that's what I did and now my energy is too low, I might take a nap which is very bad. or keep to myself that I am alive, awake and enthusiastic. though the cold shower helps this time.

When I wake up in the morning feeling a bit slow, I take a cold shower. That usually perks me up.

Ohh yes some time we feel our energy is lost and not necessary every time our body will energetic. Now here rains are coming from two days and feel laziness and like no energy for any work.

My energy is mostly low, so I have to take care of myself well and rest in between. A cold shower I would not take, no way, it's freezing cold here and I would only catch a bigger cold. Since it's winter it's normal to have less energy but also to sleep more, so that is what I do. I already eat healthy so it's not that I have a lack of anything. There is a time to work, a time to rest. It's normal if you have done a lot there is also a period you have less energy. Nobody can be or feel full of energy day and night. Less energy is a sign too to take a step back.

We need to listen to our bodies more carefully than we do. When we have low energy we should top it up again, and that may mean by simply going to bed and giving our bodies a chance to recover. Probably you overdid things by washing your clothes after a day's work and then rewarding your tired muscles with a cold shower! No wonder you could not sleep. If that happens again I suggest you forget about the shower, have a warm milky drink with a little honey and go to bed and let nature take over.
