Dates as the popular name is Khajur, are rich in nutrients, vitamins and minerals.They are instant energy boosters , cholestrol-free.They contain vitaim-B1,2 ,3 5, A1 and C.Protiens and dietry fibres.They also are rich in iron, potassium,calcium,manganese, magnesium and copper.They have anti-oxidantants and simple sugars.
Having so much ingredients it can be taken with milk or raw.

Available in my part of the world. Yes, the the taste is very good. The health benefits are plenty and recommended by doctors for people of all ages.

i am eating Khajur on a regular basis. Seedless dates and the seeded variety too. The sweet tasing dates are a favorite of mine and i don't miss out.
