Redlight Area and Ladies Bars

Their is a certain place in our country i will not mrntion the name of the city...Their are no redlight areas their as well as no ladies bar and crime rate towards girls and womens is absolutely very high.Do you think if this city had this kind of places and bars the crime rate would have been affected?

We have the same thing here in Mexico city, mexico. We have a street where its nothing but bars and crimes here. Even police stay away from there. Very sad here as well....

Such places are not the reason or cause for crime. Its the unemployment what l think. When people have no work, no money, nothing to eat, then they will go for shortcut's to earn living. If everybody have employment and have no time to think such deeds, who will go for commiting offenses.

In my country, we do have such places. But not all people used to go there. For those who are curious, they can have the options to visit the place. The possibility of crime will happen in this kind of place. If it is not legit to operate, then they will close the establishments.
