Gun Ban in the Philippines!

Recently, a 15 year old boy had been caught having a 45 pistol on a checkpoint. I wonder how can possibly a boy on that age was able to carry a gun? Does he have a parents or guardians to look after him? I'm really alarmed about this news. Because it seems that the a teenager like him is not expected carrying a gun like that. :)

There are situations that we can't hardly believe about the latest trend of our youth. Imagine what happened in Mexico wherein a 15 years old boy killed his mother, his siblings and even his father. His father was a pastor, how this teenage boy killed and act like evil he was raised as a god-fearing child
