Freebies For Loyal Customers

I open this interest not only for myself but also to those who engage in offline business. Our business is related to Mobile Phones, we also display cheaper one which is affordable for the masses but we concentrate in Electronic Reloading, SMARTMoney remittance center (sent and claim) and also Cellphone accessories. Within 3 years of operation I am now connected with loyal customers. I want to give freebies to all of them. I am think what kind of freebies I'm going to give. Can you suggest me anything that can make them happy? Of course it will also encourage them to continue their loyalty with us. Please help me guys!

Well, that would be a better idea. I think it will be possible if you give a frebies of free load . Like for example, when they load 300 , they would be loaded again php 10 as their freebies, something like that so that they will be more loyal with your service.

You mean I give discounts everytime they reload their network through us? Maybe I can seldom during anniversary or their birthday.

That would be great ideas. We can buy volumes of that items for giveaways at at a cheaper prize. I am also thinking about giving umbrellas that carry our shop name But it is more expensive. Maybe I can give but only few

That is great... giving freebies to loyal customers... i hope other small businessmen would think like you... you can always give discounts... or free cute cellphone accessories... When my father was in a lending business... he gave away t shirts and bags to his loyal customers... and they really appreciated the gesture... and they became more loyal to him...

Normally we are giving free eload to our loyal customers. We cut a small paper for them to write their mobile number and all of the paper will be drawn every week. The winners will got the prize of 20-50 e-load depending on the network they loaded with us.

Well discounts could be one option just like what we have in our company. We do give VIP card to our loyal customers that they can use to avail a certain discount in some merchandise and services.Maybe you could give folding round fan that some company gives.

I am planning also to give a vip card but I need to find cheaper cards maybe I will spend more for that project. I want a temporary card for them or maybe I can issue a ledger. Specially those going to us and reload their retailer everyday. In that case, all their transaction been recorded and every reload, there is a corresponding points that they can redeem for any items available in our shop. Need more ideas please

great ideas.... I always give freebees to my good customers here. When they buy their coffee here I give them a free home made cookie...

I think giving freebies to loyal customers can really makes loyal customers happy. But, you also need to consider about the budgets you would like to spend for giving freebies to the loyal customers. My idea to make loyal customers happy is, by offering them birthday discount. Offer to them to make member card, and from that card we know their identity, so we can manage giving birthday discount to them. Good luck!

A good idea and suggestions. If that is the case how about giving rewards every time they spend money to us. I mean accumulating points and redeem for an items that available in our shop. What do you think?
