Ican understand why cooking makes you feel better strawpurple. It is very uplifting to create something good to eat from a mix of flour and fat and sugar, non of which looks appetising until the cook gets to work. The kitchen is the hub of the house and in the winter it is often the warmest place to be.

Hi strawpurple. I love to cook. I made homemade oatmeal cookies thursday and took to my doctors office. They were so surprised and happy. Usually people that work 5 to 6 days a week so appreicate when someone does something like this for them.
I had bought pork ribs friday and yesterday I took a slab and made some hawaiian ribs. First time I had ever tried making them as barbecue ribs always seem the first up for spare ribs.
They turned out really well with baked beans and cole slaw.
Enjoy cooking it is a art that some love to make for meals and giving to others.

Hi strawpurple, like you I love cooking very much. I am the person who loves to cook from the scratch and experimenting new dishes. It always makes me feels good every time I am in the kitchen and cooking for my love ones. Few years ago I started to cook different international foods which I really enjoyed now I am trying to bake different cakes and breads. Have a great night!
