why indian hockey is dieing???

You've just enlightened me to something I honestly never knew. Me being from Canada, Where hockey was invented, & home of Hockey night Canada, it was an eye opener for me to see your post about hockey dieing in India. Maybe one reason is is because no one knows you have a league. Mind you India is very large in population so that can't be the problem. Tell me, are you familiar with the NHL? Is your hockey anything like that? Also do you ever have a hockey team in the Olmpics? I do not follow the Olmpics very much, but the little I know about them, I've never heard mention of a hockey team from India.

well friend NHL is different from the hockey we play in india is field hocky,played with 11 players on each side.

well just because hockey has never been given the importance that it deserves , in fact , all the sports in india are ignored except for cricket , indian people and government are not taking any thing and any step in this regards too .
