I have not gone walking for awhile, I've been too busy, too lazy, etc. (I have millions of excuses). Today I walked for 10 minutes (on my break just now), and burned 54 calories, it was only 1/2 mile, but 1289 aerobic steps....

ajinder Short walk also a mode of great relaxation it develops me company with environment besides give me clean fresh air to breaths short walk is very usefull for old age people. For a healthy person walk should be aroun 60 minutes.

ajinder Such incidents have to be overcomed to be mature enough. Try to have fun with new guy, surely he will reciprocate the same. Give and take of pleasant surprises is not a bad idea. In a room shout loudly what you want to do with him, to relax yourself.
