I went to the gym today with my mom and its been so long since I' worked out. All my muscles are painful and aching and i feel so tired. It feels really good though to feel the muscles all tensed up, the pain of accomplishment surely still feels good.
Aren't you just glad that those treadmills at the gym have these cupcake holders on them?

Ahh, healthy feeling? That sounds good! Do you work out too sishy? I'm having trouble with the routines because their equipments are very different from the gym i enrolled to before, their trainer is so expensive so I'm just trying out every equipment, some of them i dnt even know how to use properly.
The cupcake holder, hmm. That little circular slot placed on the threadmill, I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to put in on there but cupcakes are surely a perfect fit for that little thing.

I'm too lazy to work out routinely. My teenage sons have gym membership and I can always go there as a guest if I want to.
It's better if you ask a trainer if you're not sure how to use some equipments properly. You may be liable if the machine is broken because it was not used correctly. Or worse, you may not get good results for your work out because you are not using the equipments properly.
oh ok, I think I know what you mean; perhaps it's there to hold your small valuables while you're on the threadmill, like keys, mobiles, or such...

You have a very great point about having unwanted results. Ive focused too much on my legs because i dont like the form of my legs. Ahh. The cupcake holder, thats true i could put on keys, i was planning on putting cupcakes as motivation but that doesn't work.

Yes, no pain no gain! I think the results of all this effort is priceless anyway. Nothing feels better than a body you are comfortable in and confident about. Good luck to us rocker! By the way, how long does it take you to work out in a day?

so you had a nice and fun time there. I remember the first time when I went gym with my frined for aerobic I was new and in gym, I enjoyed alot. I was slim and everybody said to me why you came here when you are this much slim you do not need to lose weight but I was just enjoying and have fun with dance and music in that aerobic course :)

Oh wow, that is very cool extremefun, i am too much of a lazy bum to go to the gym for the purpose of having fun. Although, it would be a nice opportunity for you to get yourself into shape if you are much too slim. I am very much hoping that you don't go to the gym where i go to the gym, because i will stare at you and I might even make you my target size,
