r0cker Yeah its a good idea to take a month break from work. Some companies give their employees a month off from hectic & busy schedule to give them rest & a chance to get refreshed & relaxed & get back to work full of energy.

r0cker Yeah, some people are too much involved in their work. They're doing overtime & working extra hours to get some more money or promotion. They're workaholics. But this way they're also getting prone to various disorders like tension, depression, less sleep etc....

r0cker Frequencies can't do anything bad to us but if we keep talking for long durations then it will definitely affect our brain & ears. Hearing songs loudly via earphones for long durations also affect ears.
