Is mobile phone is responsible for causing the hearing problem?

I think it is not fair to say so. It is just like saying that the knife will kill persons. It just depends to how you use it. The mobile phone is still a good thing. And even if you use the earphone, at least you shall set the right volume and it will not have a bad effect on your hearing. But some people like to hear the loud volume and this is why it has affected on their hearing.

No,it is not the root of the hearing problem suffered by many people. The cause of hearnign problem is due to loud noises produced by our factory, car, construction industry, and annoying sound blast created by our neighbors while playing their music and watching their TV, not the cell phone. If college girls and boys have hearing problem, then it's hardly possible for them to continue talking and listening to each other for many hours in many days and weeks ahead. The radio wave used to transmit data and voice packet inside our cell phone had no effect on our hearing except affect slightly on our brain formation if we expose ourself too much to it in a day.

yes mobile is responsible for hearing problem. Not only hearing problem but some other health problems like heart, sleeplessness and some more. One must be use mobile in need. It suggest by doctors if possible use land phone.

Yes, that is true. It has been proven and health experts have written about that. That's why, when i listen to music through my earphone, i put it in a just moderate level. Although i must admit that when i receive a call, i place the phone close to my ears. But if it is a lengthy call, i would put it in a loudspeaker, if i am just the only one in the room.

Frequencies can't do anything bad to us but if we keep talking for long durations then it will definitely affect our brain & ears. Hearing songs loudly via earphones for long durations also affect ears.

I am not sure about it and it is the first time I am hearing about it. I think most probably if one use mobile phone for long periods of time most probably it might cause some problem.

I guess I agree with you that mobile phone is kind of responsible for causing the hearing problem. My uncle has phone calls a lot because of his business, and he usually uses the right ear to hear it. In consequence, now he has a poor hearing for his right ear, which is sad...

Hi, I also heard that using mobile phone for long time may cause hearing problem. Some college going boys also hear music all day on mobile headphone and I think this is more dangerous and may cause hearing problem. mobile phone should be used moderately.

Yes of course it is one of the causes in hearing problems there are already many study conducted, but people are really nuisance and want to enjoy what is not good specially if the music is nice to hear.

too sad, i was thinking to ask for your mobile phone. But if you have hearing problem, then i guess. its of no use to call you. Even i have problem of lots of stammering. So it is better to call you in other way around that whatever i shall say, neither i can express fully nor you can understand due to hard hearing. And you have also told bout headache. Two years ago,i took a phone last hours almost once a week,and i always make the mobile phone closest to my ears,as a result now,when i use a headphones to listen to music,my ears would feel a little hurt,and i cant take a headphones for more than ten minutes!Now,besides some calling to my parent,i seldom take a phone

It depend on your belief, cause until now there are just rumor if you say so, and as i know there is no any experiment to proof this. I prefer say that noise of highway cause hearing probelm than say mobile phone cause that. :D
