I just woke up on my own right when my alarm clock was set to go off! I never had that happen before.
I actually woke up two minutes before my alarm clock was set to go off.
That must mean I've got the proper amount of sleep that I wanted. Has that ever happening you? Pretty amazing!
Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

This was something that I found that I was able to do on a pretty regular basis when I was a woman that was working and I was keeping the same kind of schedule from one day to the next. However, being that I've not been working outside the house for many years and I have to admit that I don't keep a regular schedule, now I have to rely heavily on my alarm clock. It is simply not possible for me to be able to wake up on my own without my alarm clock going off.

I think that when we do something so often for so long that our bodiesbecome accustomed to it. It is uncanny how we can wake up a split second before the alrm clock rings. Probably if the alrms was not set then when we would continue to sleep longer.

Yes it Always happens with me. There is also an other side of it, I am not able to sleep longer again.

I get that but the circumstances are not always the same. Sometimes I would wake up earlier than my alarm clock because Ive had a good and enough sleep. Sometimes, I would wake up minutes before my alarm because I know subconsciously that I am not having enough sleep therefore my apprehensions of over sleeping goes with me until I wake up. I hate that when it happens because I will always say that 5 minutes of sleep is still something, haha!

I do that a lot. I think I'm just used to getting up at that time so my body knows it's time to get up.

When I use to work I usually woke up before the alarm. That is when I knew I had enough sleep also. Having the alarm set was a precaution more then anything to keep me from oversleeping. When I awake before the alarm goes off I would shut the alarm off and start my day. There were times though I would forget to shut the alarm off, then I would end up startled by the noise once it did go off.
