The first thought that crossed my mind when I saw your title was of your having that egg in bed and yes, I thought your sheets would be at risk.

I've got two eggs out right now getting to room temperature. I'm going to make egg in a hole. Lately, I've been craving eggs. Must be something lacking in my diet, I suppose.

Thank god, I am an Indian. I cant eat without sour and spicy taste, and bed of mashed potatoes? I dont eat potatoes...and yet I am a so obese..lol Dont potatoes taste tasteless..lol I mean, I feel they need some injections of sour and salty and a little bit of pepper too in them to make sense...same reason butter is unpalatable.

Maybe some strips of bacon? I haven't tried that yet but I have had poached eggs and mashed potato. It sounds so good together anyway so I know that I will enjoy it. Thanks for giving me an idea for breakfast tomorrow.

I don't think the bacon would add much, the point is the way that the egg once broken mixes with the mashed potato all the best, urban

I love to add some mayonase sauce on it when I take mashed potato and egg. it make it really nice and I love it.

I've never tried that but it does sound like very comforting food. Now I'm wondering if there are any potatoes in the house so I can have this tomorrow.

Egg at wholed toast - You have to make a whole in a toast, and then fry the egg in that bed.
Hello Urban, I hope that you are fine, I haven´t tried it with potatos, I have tried them on a wholed toast. As soon as I have some potatos I´ll try for my family. I give them eggs mostly on sunday breakfasts. Thanks for sharing with us. Blessings Urban...dainy

anything made with potato without garlic will be tasty for me. hope you may be preparing differently,. I do not eat eggs also. good day.
