I feel so sad after reading the email from my boss' wife saying that her loving husband passed away today after having a heart attack! :(
I was in shock. I was speechless. I don't know what to do. I was uncomfortable the whole day. I'm so attached to him since he was a good boss to me and everyone else in his company. We were all in shock!:(
To make things worst... After he died, the company is in an unknown state right now. Our job is in danger. His wife won't take in charge as she is just a plain housewife.
:(
I might be jobless in the upcoming days now. And I do not know how can I show my boss' wife my condolence. Maybe I should fly to Thailand.. I don't know.
My mind won't function well.

One of my greatest fears in life is heart attack because it quickly takes away lives.
My condolences to your boss and his family. It is very unfortunate for your boss to die unexpectedly. Even if others say that everything has a reason and it may brought up something better, it is still hard to accept the reality that one of the significant person in your life passed away. For now, the best way to overcome your fears, sadness and frustrations is through praying for your deceased boss, his family and your colleagues. Asking and seeking help from God is crucial at times like this.

Hi there Edsss17!
I'm sorry to hear about what happened to your boss. For now, you can just wait for a while, take a break if you can afford it. Who knows, they might hire somebody to run the company. If not, prepare yourself to find a new job. I'm sure that you can find a new one if you'll need it. Don't lose hope and stay focused. It can always help if you have a clear mind when making important decisions.

Thank you Nanay Angel! :)
I just keep on praying for my boss' soul and for his family that is left.
And I also keep thinking the most positive I could ever have about work. I just really hope someone good like our boss steps in in the company.
Thank you!

That's the shocking news, if ever the wife cannot handle the business it will result hunger for all of the employees. It's nice to remember the good deeds of a person specially if it help you to sustain your needs like your boss but nobody knows what happen. So we should always prepare ourselves to face everything that might happen to us in the future

I am so sorry to hear about your boss. This has never happened to me. Your boss' wife's loss is also your company's loss. I wish there is other ways to save the company. You are not the only person who will be affected by his passing away. At least you have already a plan to go to other countries ... what about the others?
Well, for now, show your condolences to your boss' family. I am sure the company has other means to continue.

Extending our condolences. I can imagine your shock, but more than that is the apprehension for the coming days. Pray then, first for the family that is grieving and next for the company that you are in. All is well. Everything happens for a purpose. Rom 8:28

Oh yeah. Some times it happens. Some bosses make you feel like family. But I am surprised that your company does not have anyone who can take over from him. Maybe, someone among you can think of taking his place, I mean not taking over the business, but running it as a tribute to your boss.

I think that the best thing that you can do for the wife of your boss is to simply write a letter to her giving her your condolences. Something else that I would suggest that you do is to share a happy memory that you have of your boss. This will be something that might make her smile and that will be something that will help her with her darker days that she is going to be going through for a while to come.
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your boss.

If the wife can't take over, I'm sure there are other officers or managers in your company to help your boss' wife in handling the company?

If the company is doing good, I don't think that it would be closed. I am sure that somebody will take over and continue managing it. Don't lose hope.

Oh no that's so sad to hear. Condolence to the wife of your boss. If she really wanted too, he can try running it until she finds someone to manage the business. I can understand how you're feeling. I do hope you can think better on your next plan too.
